The food industry places high emphasis on hygiene. However, hardened surfaces or the furnaces themselves on production lines in the food industry are often very difficult to clean. Removing food residue, grease, dirt and other residue from production devices is critical in preventing bacterial growth and ensuring high food quality.
At 13th February 2020 we attended Mondelēz International workshop in factory located at Plonsk, Poland. Dry ice cleaning technology was one of the topics – so we took the opportunity to showcase the new technologies available for effective Sanitation with theoretical and practical session.
Mondelēz International are one of the largest snack companies in the world with global net revenues of $25.9 billion that make and sell snacks, including biscuits (cookies, crackers and salted snacks), chocolate, gum & candy as well as various cheese & grocery and powdered beverage products.
