IC 410S - PROFESSIONAL BLASTING MACHINE + ABRASIVE MODULE PAM 01
IC 410 S (with 4-position grinder) 1-16 bar/max. The electrically powered single-hose dry ice blasting machine, patented feeding system, integrated dry ice mill, maximum cleaning performance, user friendly control panel, pulse-free blast stream, 25 kg dry ice hopper, stainless steel body and frame.
The professional Dry ice Blaster IC 410 S offers a full range of reliable performance - from gentle cleaning up to aggressive blasting. The patented pellet grinding system with 4 positions produces very small particles (ordinary small particles, fine particles, super fine and microparticles) that can remove dirt from highly sensitive surfaces such as high - gloss moulds, pneumatic and electric lines, etc. A significant sign of the new "400" line is integration of a new feeding system leading to consistent and pulse - free blast stream. The insulated hopper ensures minimal dry ice sublimation and uninterrupted cleaning.
The high variability of the device settings in combination with a wide portfolio of nozzles, electrical connection via ILME connectors & rational air distribution in equipment with integrated filtration provides a significiant competetive advantage. IC 410 S is an ideal solution for cleaning more demading surfaces. This dry ice blaster is designed to minimize the costs of equipment and plant maintenance.
Exteral Module PAM-01
The external module for abrasive cleaning with granular material. Designed for dry ice blasting with addition of abrasive granulate. It accepts glass particles of 100-200 μm and corundum particles of 250-300 μm. Set includes 7 m blast hose extension.
